Jim Clark has designed and built the ultimate fishing vessel. Jim spent years fishing on the California Delta using a home built fishing kayak with a rudder, but no motor. This worked fine in quiet waters, but upon moving to the Pacific Northwest, he found he had no control fishing the local rivers for salmon and steelhead. Lying in bed night after night trying to find a solution to his problem, he managed to come up with a design to solve his control problems. He adapted his old kayak to include an electric motor run with a controller and peddles to move with his feet. It took three designs before he was satisfied that this is what the fisherman needs to fish quietly, easily and successfully. He now offers, plans, kits or completed kayaks for sale.
Jim will continue to use the same quality in his workmanship as he did for his own kayak. He is pleased to share his private, quiet and invironmentally kind invention with other fishermen looking for the same peace and tranquility while bringing home fish for dinner..
