Customer Service:
We give you the most positive buying experience possible. We offer a money-back guarantee with most of our purchases. All items that do not have a money-back guarantee will be clearly noted in the description. We offer for your convenience:

NO EXTRA CHARGES to ship your purchase to another address. If you choose to have us do this, we will need your phone number so that we can verify that this is not done without your permission. Internet fraud is rampant and we will do everything possible to protect ourselves and you from being a victim.
You can contact us either by using the contact tab at the top of this page, or by telephone at our toll free #: 877-572-6451. If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message with your phone number and a message. We will call you back as soon as possible.
Payment:
Payments are due no later than 10 days after the close of your purchase. Please feel free to email us at anytime to let us know that a check is in the mail. We find good communication between buyer and seller is always a good thing. If you are sending us payment by mail, it is very important to include your invoice or a note with the item number and any shipping instructions.
Personal and cashier checks along with money orders can take up to 11 working days to clear into our account. We will not ship until the funds have cleared. This rule is often broken with repeat customers that we have a relationship with.
PayPal is always the fastest and easiest way to pay. PayPal is also the safest. They provide protection for confirmed buyers. We accept PayPal payment for only confirmed buyers. If you wish to send to another address because of a gift situation, please communicate with us beforehand. We can make exceptions on a case by case basis. We will require confirmed delivery on all packages.

Shipping:
We ship within one business day of receiving payment. We require insurance for fragile items and require delivery confirmation on every package. Although insurance is optional for most items, it is highly recommended.
When FREE shipping does not apply, we use actual and often lower shipping charges and charge only a nominal amount for packaging and handling. Multiple fragile items will be approximately $3 - $5 packaging and handling and other items are $1-$2 for packaging and handling. We will use a flat fee for those heavier items that fit into the USPS Flat Rate boxes. It saves our customers money! We will adjust shipping if when we pack up a box and it weighs less than expected or that it fits into a Flat Fee box. We can adjust the invoice to reflect the new shipping fees. We have been known to send our customers a refund if shipping happens to cost less. We like saving you money. I know we that we all hate shipping charges. We communicate as much as possible with our customers. We send out emails for each order and again for each payment received. We answer each and every email.
